My quest to draw New Yorker-style gag cartoons continues. Prior attempts may be found here and here. I'm working on it, okay?
And speaking of The New Yorker, my comic up there is reminiscent of this old one by J.B. Handelsman. I didn't do this on purpose, I only found his comic after mine was drafted. I sat there, thinking, "surely they've done something with lions already." And indeed, they had.
